East Coast New Year's Eve Dinner Show Package
Show starts at 7:15 pm Saturday with 5:30 seating for this awesome dinner!
We will have Champagne Toast with a countdown at 9:00 as if we are in time Square, with Party Favors, Noisemakers and Hats!
Doors open 90 minutes before the shows.

Here is the dinner menu. Please make your entree selection when you purchase your tickets.
STARTERS:
Harvest Salad
Mixed Greens (iceberg, romaine, spring mix) with strawberries,
mandarins, cranberries, pineapple chunks, feta cheese,
pecans, raspberry walnut dressing and our famous housemade
savory croutons.
Tomato Bisque Soup
Slowly simmered to rich and creamy flavor
Fresh-baked Garlic Cheese Bread (Ciabatta bread with butter
and melted Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses)
MAIN COURSE (choose 1):
PRIME RIB
Aged and slow-cooked Herb and Pepper crusted Prime Rib
complimented with Au Jus and creamy Horse radish sauce.
Served with:
- Twice-Baked Potato (Baked potato with bacon bits and
cheddar cheese, topped with sour cream and green onion
- Roasted Vegetables (Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Zuchini, Yellow
Squash, Bell Peppers)
LEMON CHICKEN PICATTA
Plump, juicy Chicken Breast simmered in a Lemon Caper white
wine sauce.

GRILLED SALMON
Flavorful fresh Salmon nicely grilled, finished with a savory
Cherry-Soy tomato sauce.

Kahlua and fresh coee syrup, dusted with chocolate cocoa
